About Us
Brad Johnson here, owner and operator at Johnson Critter Control. My goal is to provide safe removal of problem wildlife from your property, home, or business in Hobbs NM and the surrounding areas using safe trapping methods.
We remove nuisance animals such as gophers, squirrels, fox, and skunks. I've been trapping since I was 16 years old, over 10 years ago! I take care to provide high quality service, and I always have the safety of pets and children in mind. Safe trapping is high priority for me, as well as respecting the nuisance animal I am trapping. Our Services
Gophers
They may look cute, but we know good as anyone how destructive they can be. They can take a well cared for yard and turn it inside out. Not only are they costly tearing up a beautiful yard, but can be dangerous due to holes they create. Our trapping methods are safe on the environment, pets and children. The small traps we use are placed under ground and out of sight.
Squirrels
They may mean no harm, but when they chew a hole through your wall and are living in your attic, something has to give! Whether they are living in your attic, chewing the wiring on your car, or getting into other mischief, when they are more than you can handle give us a call.
Skunks
You will probably smell it before you see it. When this unwanted guest takes up residence on your property it's only a matter of time before the family pet gets too curious and gets sprayed. Although they are not typically mean animals, when they feel threatened they can unleash a wave of foul spay that will leave everyone running for cover. No one likes the problems they cause, so we will do our best to remove them safely and quickly. We normally use a live catch trap and then safely euthanize or relocate the animal.
